Cheeky start to the festival

It gets a bit cheeky at this time of the year, during the festival season.

This weekend (Friday 14 March to Sunday 16 March) you must visit the Cellar Door Wine Festival at the Convention Centre. Entry is $33 per person.
There will also be cheeses and foods to sample.

It is an excellent way to sample the huge range of wines from across our state.
Tip: there are very good discounted wines to be bought.

One of my favourite wineries from McLaren Vale is Waywood.
The cheeky artwork is from that winery

Taste SA’s premium wine and new local food at Cellar Door Wine Festival

The Cellar Door Wine Festival, now in its fourth year, is Australia’s largest Cellar Door festival.

This weekend come and taste the best from more than 150 wineries across 15 South Australian wine regions.

Last year more than 7,000 people got to try the wonders of our talented winemakers and up-and-coming provedores.

To complement this year’s wine contingent, the State Government has again partnered with the Cellar Door Wine Festival
to give 10 small South Australian food producers the chance to also promote their brand and products.

While at the Festival, make sure you visit the ‘New Producers’ Area’ to see and taste new products
created by some of South Australia’s newest food businesses.

PIRSA sponsors the Festival as part of the State Government’s Premium Food and Wine from our Clean Environment strategic priority
to promote our food and wine, as well as build our reputation for food and wine tourism experiences.

    I'm going today.
Hopefully I'll see the grape girl.

  3. This is how you get bums on seats.

  4. Went today. A great day of sampling.
Got some good deals with free delivery.
Bonus, I think I saw the grape girl. But maybe it was the wine ;)
